What data we process and why
Contact form and email. We process your name, email address and any data you include in the message, for the purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a quote. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where the enquiry does not lead to a contract, the legitimate interest in dealing with communications received (art. 6.1.f).
Call booking. If you book a call, the data is processed on the Cal.com platform, which acts as a data processor. The purpose is to schedule the appointment and send reminders.
Browsing. This site includes no analytics or advertising tools, and does not carry out profiling. The server may record technical data such as the IP address in its access logs, for security reasons and for the correct operation of the service, on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
How long we keep the data
Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are kept for a maximum of one year. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for the statutory tax and commercial limitation periods (as a general rule, six years).
Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. We do use providers that act as data processors and that only process the data following our instructions:
- Web hosting: Hostinger (servers in the European Union).
- Email: Hostinger (domain email) and Resend (for automated emails).
- Appointment booking: Cal.com.
If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent where the processing is based on it. To do so, write to hello@silverostudios.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (aepd.es).
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and applies security headers (HSTS, content security policy, protection against framing and against file-type misinterpretation). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
Minors
The services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under fourteen.
Changes
If this policy changes, it will be published here with a new update date.
