This policy explains what information is stored on your device when you visit this site, in accordance with article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and with the GDPR.
First things first, because this is not the norm
This site does not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. There is no Google Analytics, there are no tracking pixels and no profile is built about you. We do not share your browsing with third parties.
So what is stored
Only what is strictly necessary for the site to work as you expect. It is kept in the browser's local storage, not in cookies:
ss:lang— remembers whether you prefer to read the site in Spanish or in English, so you do not have to choose on every page. It is kept until you clear your browser data.ss:cookie-ok— remembers that you have already seen this notice, so it is not shown to you again.
Both are technical or functional in category: they respond to a preference you have expressed yourself and they are necessary to provide the service you have requested. Under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, this type of storage is exempt from prior consent. That is why the notice you see when you arrive is informative and does not require you to accept anything in order to carry on browsing.
Third-party services
If you press the call booking button, Cal.com opens, and it may indeed set its own cookies under its own policy. The same happens if you open the WhatsApp link or the Instagram profile: at that point you leave this site and the policies of those services start to apply. As long as you do not click those links, none of that is loaded.
How to delete what is stored
You can delete this data at any time from your browser settings, in the site data or privacy section. If you do, the site will go back to displaying in Spanish by default and the notice will reappear.
If this changes
If analytics or any other technology that is not strictly necessary is added in the future, this policy will be updated and the notice will start asking for your prior consent, with the option to refuse it, before anything is activated.
