Over the last two years a great many AI automation providers have appeared in Spain. The problem isn't a lack of options, it's that they all go by the same name while doing very different things. It's worth telling three profiles apart.
Big consultancies
They cover large projects with big teams and formal processes. They bring solidity and capacity, but they tend to have a high entry cost and slow timelines. They make sense for corporations with complex integrations and budgets to match.
Vertical specialists
They focus on one sector (clinics, hospitality, estate agencies) or on one particular technology. Their advantage is that they've already solved your problem many times over; their limit is that outside their niche they fall short.
Small studios and freelancers
Direct contact, speed and a keen price. The key is checking there is real integration and support when something breaks, not just a chatbot stuck on the front. It's the profile that fits most small and local businesses best.
What to ask before you sign
- Does it integrate with the tools I already use (calendar, CRM, WhatsApp) or does it force me to change them?
- What happens when the system doesn't know something? It should take a message, never make up an answer.
- Can I see the result working before paying for a full month?
- Is the price fixed and in writing, or are there fees that grow with usage?
- Who answers if it breaks on a Saturday?
Most disappointments with AI projects don't come from the technology, but from badly set expectations: promised magic that doesn't hold up. A good provider tells you what the system is not going to do just as clearly as what it will.
At Silvero Studios we work as a studio: real integration, price in writing, and one rule we don't break —the system never leaves your customer worse off than with no system—. If you're comparing options, tell us about your case and we'll give you an honest opinion, even if the best option isn't us.
